April 4 Listen Before You Buy: Ron reviews recent jazz and blues releases from Salil Bhatt, the Brooklyn Repertory Ensemble, Doug Cox,
Michael Dessen, Guillermo Gregorio, Pandelis Karayorgis, Doug MacDonald, Nate McBride, William Parker and Joey Wright.

April 11 Latin Tinge: Recordings with that distinctive Latin rhythm by Pablo Aslan, Marco Figuera, Conrad Herwig, Montreal Guitar Trio, Peter Primarore, Glauco Sagebin, Wayne Wallace and Negro Zapato.

April 18 Dewey Redman: In our second tribute to this great saxophonist who died on September 2, 2006, we hear Dewey as a leader.
His bands included Ed Blackwell, Ted Daniel, Charles Eubanks, Charlie Haden, Mark Helias, Leroy Jenkins, Eddie Moore, Joshua Redman and Sirone.

April 25 The Duke Box: We celebrate Duke’s birthday on April 29 by listening to The Duke Box, a Storyville collection of concert, radio and studio recordings by the Duke and his Orchestra made between January 1940 and February 1949.

May 2 FIMAV: A preview of the Festival International de Musique Actuelle de Victoriaville, which runs this year from May 17 to 21. Already announced are Anthony Braxton, Corkestra, Marilyn Crispell, Joane Hetu, Michael Snow, John Tilbury and John Zorn.

May 9 Listen Before You Buy: The cream of the crop of recent jazz and blues releases by the Actis Band, Isaiah Ceccarelli, Ethnic Heritage Ensemble, Lori Freedman, Jeff Newall and Scott Tinkler.

May 16 Keyboards: Recordings featuring the piano or organ by the ARC Trio, Brian Browne, Mel Davis, Ganelin Trio, Lafayette Harris,
Denman Maroney, New York Electric Piano, Roberta Piket and Matt Ray.

May 23 Voices: The voices of Terry Alexander, Leo Ardizzone, Janice Borla, Andrew Distel, Steve Evans, Lauren Hooker, Kerry Linder,
Frank London, Rebecca Parris, Evalyn Parry, Michael Powers, Jane Stuart, Grady Tate, Marlene Ver Planck, and Julian Yeo.
